The King Suite was cozy, but the elevator was super tiny.

i had high expectations, but alas, my superior king room was dull and left unclean. also, the service was painfully slow. receiving no upgrade was the final straw — a complimentary gesture would have been nice. i almost believed a good review was coming, but this stay was nothing short of disappointing.

The air conditioning was a lifesaver during our hot stay, and the complimentary snacks in the room added a delightful touch.

Extremely small room sizes make it difficult to manage luggage!!! The lift is too small, and the hotel seems to lack proper maintenance and attention to cleanliness!!!

The location is fantastic, just steps from the bustling Champs-Élysées, with a warm welcome from the staff. The complimentary minibar drinks were a delightful surprise on a hot day in Paris.

However, the room felt cramped, especially the bathroom, and some amenities like the air conditioning were not functioning properly. It’s a bit noisy with early morning refuse collections nearby which disrupted my mornings.
